*1 The E-6170 has a screen resolution of 1,024x768 dots. When the display mode is set at 800x600 dots (Windows)
    or 640x480 dots (Windows/MS-DOS), the display is centered and the surrounding are becomes black.
*2 24x data transfer speed is achieved only when the unit is reading the data from the outermost edge of a CD-ROM.
    Speed at the innermost circumference is 10x, and the unit's average data transfer speed is 17x.
