  • Inside European Union: Pick up and return paid from Fujitsu (in-warranty) or from the customer (out-warranty) . No Customs fees.
  • Outside European Union: Send by Courier
    note:Customer pays one way to the repair center and Fujitsu pays the return(in-warranty) or customer pays both ways (out-warranty). All Custom Fees to be handled by the customer.
